Dismantling the movement caliber 2130

Remove the automatic device module. Dismantling and assembling the automatic device module.
Extract the winding stem (No. 2130-201), take the movement out of the case, refit the winding stem, remove the hands and the dial.
Remove the hour wheel (Nos. 2130-280, respectively 2130-280-1) and the cannon pinion (Nos. 2130-270, respectively 2130-270-1).
Let down the mainspring.
Check the balance and the hairspring. If it has not been done already, bend slighty the end of the hairspring which projects beyond the hairspring support, so that the initial length of the hairspring can easily be found again when the movement is reassembled. The end of the hairspring must not touch either the Microstella nuts nor the last coil of the hairspring.
Loosen the screw for hairspring bridle (No. 21030-5452). Remove the balance bridge (No. 2130-120), the balance (No. 2130-432), the stud for balance stop spring (No. 2130-246) and the balance stop spring (No. 2130-245).
Check the endshake of the wheels.
Remove the pallet bridge (No. 2130-115) and the pallet fork (No. 2130-421).
Remove the train wheel bridge (No. 2130-110), the second wheel (No. 2130-360), the escape wheel (No. 2130-410) and the third wheel (No. 2130-340).
Remove the barrel bridge (No. 2130-105), the ratchet wheel (No. 2130-305), the barrel (No. 2130-310), the great wheel (No. 2130-330), the crown wheel (No. 2130-210) with the crown wheel core (No. 2130-211), the intermediate crown wheel (No. 2130-213) with the intermediate crown wheel core (No. 2130-212) – left-hand screws – and the yoke sliding gear (No. 2130-217).
Take the barrel to pieces.
Remove the minute pinion bridge (No. 2130-125) and the minute pinion (No. 2130-335).
Remove the winding and setting mechanism cover (No. 2130-236), the jumper for setting lever (No. 2130-230), the intermediate setting wheel (No. 2130-251), the minute wheel (No. 2130-260), the spring for yoke (No. 2130-241), the yoke for sliding pinion (no. 2130-240), the winding stem (No. 2130-201), the winding pinion (No. 2130-204) and the sliding pinion (No. 2130-205).
Dismantle the combined in-settings for escape wheel (No. 2130-0913) and the shock-absorbers for balance (Nos. 2130-0915 and 2130-0916).
The setting lever (No. 2130-220), the setting lever spring (No. 2130-225), the click (No. 2130-300) and the spring for click (No. 2130-301) can be left in place.

The functions of the escapement have been carefully tested at the factory. Do not modify them unless absolutely necessary.
